This DEI e-learning is designed to help professionals move beyond awareness and into action.
Grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and organizational behavior, the course explores why exclusion often happens unintentionally and how to prevent it through deliberate, practical behaviors.
Through short videos, interactive exercises, real workplace stories, and reflection moments, participants learn how to turn diversity into collective intelligence and performance.
The approach is non-accusatory and evidence-based. It recognizes that inclusion is not about perfection, but about conscious, repeated choices in everyday interactions.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Module 1: Diversity is a must – 10 minutes
Understand what Diversity really means and why it is a business imperative.
Module 2: Exclusion often happens unintentionally – 15 minutes
Explore how bias, habits, and brain shortcuts lead to accidental exclusion and reduced team performance.
Module 3: HOPES to manage Diversity – 30 minutes
Practice the five HOPES strategies – Humble Enquiry, Observation, Perspective Taking, Emotional Awareness, and Solidarity – to create deliberate inclusion.
